Programs

CLASSES
Each class is a 45 minute session including a warm-up, games, obstacle courses, a cool-down and a discussion on the benefits of a healthy lifestyle.

All activities performed aim to increase each childs' understanding and involvement in physical activity, focusing specifically on the development of fundamental motor skills such as hand-eye coordination, balance, throwing and catching.

Each month children will receive a newsletter containing a summary of the exercises and activities they have learnt. There will also be an activity page, competitions and healthy recipe suggestions.

Classes are conducted at childcare centres, schools & after school care centres. Individual improvements in fitness parameters of children are monitored throughout the program.

PERSONAL TRAINING
Personal training sessions are also available for children of any age and ability. Programs are specifically tailored to each individual child's needs & abilities. Sessions are held on a one-to-one basis or in small groups of children.

Personal training is available for children with specific health issues such as overweight or obesity, developmental delays or sport specific training. Initial, mid & final assessments are conducted to monitor progress of the child.

PARTIES
Offer your child something new and exciting for their next birthday party! Kids Fit Future provides sports-themed parties where children can participate in a variety of exciting games and activities guaranteed to keep them active while having fun!

Our qualified instructors will come to your venue and all equipment is provided. There is a gift for the birthday boy/girl, and a prize for each child. Note: a minimum of 10 children is required.
