Guildlines

  • Our general policies and information guidelines are outlined below. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us.
  • A pre-activity screening form must be completed by parents and received by Kids Fit Future before a child can participate in the program. This form is enclosed in this information package.
  • Inappropriate behaviour during class will not be tolerated by instructors of Kids Fit Future. Any child found to be doing the wrong thing will be reprimanded.
  • A staff member must be present for classes and classes should not be more than 25 students. The staff to child ratio may exceed 1:25 on the proviso that, for each increment of between 1 and 25 school students over the initial class size of 25 students, there is an additional supervising teacher present.   • Parents must ensure children understand that if they are attending the Kids Fit Future Program, they must participate in all activities to the best of their ability.
  • If you wish to remove your child from the Kids Fit Future program, you must contact us directly by calling or emailing our office. If you fail to notify us directly billing will continue until you do so.
